As a photographer I consider myself ultimately a storyteller. Your wedding day tells your unique love story of how your individual journeys have merged into one, your paths converged and you stepped forward and faith together. And on your wedding day I work to capture the details and the most profound moments from cover to cover no matter how large or small. It is my joy to be a part of capturing that story, your story, and instilling those moments in your memories forever through photography while providing a cherished gift for generations to come.

Here you will find my standard package offerings. Knowing that each bride and groom are unique I of course would love to meet with you and work to customize something specific to your individual needs, hopes, dreams and desires for your big day.

The Heirloom Package - $5400

Includes:
• 2 photographers (Caroline and a second shooter)
• 9 hours of coverage
• Artistic editing of photographer selected images
• Wedding preview: a sneak peek of 100+ photographer selected images from the day shared in an online gallery within one week
• Delivery of final wedding photo package in online gallery by your two month wedding anniversary
• Online gallery for viewing and ordering high-quality professional printed pieces
• Digital download of high resolution edited images with print release (900-1200 total images)
• A personalized printed photo gift delivered within your first year of marriage
• 1.5 hour on location engagement or anniversary session ($500 value)
• Custom designed Heirloom Layflat Wedding Album ($500 value)

• Add on videography for $4200 (includes 9 hours of coverage & a 7-8 min. highlight film with audio recording)

This coverage would typically start 4 hours before your ceremony to capture details, girls and guys getting ready, the option of a first look and pre-ceremony formals, as well as covers a 30-60 minute ceremony and all wedding party and family formal photos post ceremony lasting approximately 1 hour, then ends 3-4 hours into your reception to allow time to capture your entrance, first dance, cake cutting and toasts with enough time to capture that glow-y sparkler exit for the newlyweds.

The Storyteller Package - $4700

Includes:
• 2 photographers (Caroline and a second shooter)
• 8 hours of coverage
• Artistic editing of photographer selected images
• Wedding preview: a sneak peek of 100 photographer selected images from the day shared in an online gallery within one week
• Delivery of final wedding photo package in online gallery by your two month wedding anniversary
• Online gallery for viewing and ordering high-quality professional printed pieces
• Digital download of high resolution edited images with print release (800-1000 total images)
• A personalized printed photo gift delivered within your first year of marriage
• Your choice of either an engagement session, anniversary session or a custom designed wedding photo book (a $500 value)

• Add on videography for $3700 (includes 8 hours of coverage & a 5-6 min. highlight film with audio recording)

This coverage would typically start 3-4 hours before your ceremony to capture details, girls getting ready, the option of a first look and pre-ceremony formals, , as well as covers a 30-45 minute ceremony and all wedding party and family formal photos lasting approximately 1 hour, then ends 2-3 hours into your reception to allow time to capture your entrance, first dance, cake cutting and toasts with possibly enough time to capture that glow-y sparkler exit.

The Classic Package - $4000

Includes:
• 2 photographers (Caroline and a second shooter)
• 7 hours of coverage
• Artistic editing of photographer selected images
• Wedding preview: a sneak peek of 50 photographer selected images from the day shared in an online gallery 1-2 weeks after your day
• Online album for viewing and ordering high-quality professional printed pieces
• Digital download of high resolution edited images with print release (700-800 total images)
• Delivery of final wedding photo package in online gallery by your two month wedding anniversary
• Add on videography for $3200 (includes 7 hours of coverage & a 4-5 min. highlight film)

This coverage would typically start 3 hours before your ceremony to capture details, girls getting ready and pre-ceremony formals, as well as covers a 30-45 minute ceremony and all wedding party and family formal photos lasting approximately 1 hour, then ends 2 hours into your reception to allow time to capture your entrance, first dance, cake cutting and toasts.

The Essentials Package - $3200

Includes:
• 2 photographers (Caroline and an assistant photographer)
• 5 hours of coverage
• Artistic editing of photographer selected images
• Wedding preview: a sneak peek of 25 photographer selected images from the day shared in an online gallery within 1-2 weeks
• Delivery of final wedding photo package in online gallery by your two month wedding anniversary
• Online album for viewing and ordering high-quality professional printed pieces
• Digital download of high resolution edited images with print release (500-700 total images)
• Add on videography for $2200 (includes 5 hours of coverage & a 3-4 min. highlight film)

This package is exclusively offered to brides and grooms getting married in Central Florida (within 45 miles of Sebring, FL including Highlands, Hardee & Polk Counties) and cover’s the highlights of the day from the walk down the aisle to the first photos of the newlyweds to your reception introduction and first dance. This coverage would typically start 2 hours before your ceremony to capture a small amount of details and getting ready, covers a 30 minute ceremony and all formal photos lasting approximately 1 hour and ends 1-2 hours into your reception.

Caroline Maxcy Photography is based out of the truly breathtaking Central Florida area but there are little things I find more creatively rejuvenating and inspiring than traveling and exploring new places, sights and tastes (I love some good ole' local eats!). Pair that with one of my other loves, capturing your sweet love story, and I'm in heaven. I'd be delighted to work up a customized travel quote for you and your love.

DESTINATION TRAVEL FEE

Complimentary travel for within 2 hours drive of Sebring, FL
$600 | Travel Fee for FL (outside of Central Florida)
$800 | Travel Fee for for Eastern US
$1600 | Travel Fee for all other Continental US destinations
$2500 | Travel fee for outside of Continental US

All fees include ONE photographer for your event coverage to add on an additional photographer it will be an additional $100-1000 depending on the location and estimated travel expenses at the time.

A-LA-CARTE

$500 | per additional hour of wedding day coverage added onto any wedding package
$700 | per individually booked hours of wedding day coverage (ea. 2-3 hours of wedding day coverage)
$400 | 30 minute mini lifestyle session (bridal, maternity, etc.)
