The Heirloom Collection - $5800

Includes:
• 9 hours of coverage
• Caroline as your Lead Photographer
• Second Photographer

• Delivery of final wedding photo package in online gallery by your two month wedding anniversary

This coverage would typically start 4 hours before your ceremony to capture details, girls and guys getting ready, the option of a first look and pre-ceremony formals, as well as covers a 30-60 minute ceremony and all wedding party and family formal photos post ceremony lasting approximately 1 hour, then ends 3-4 hours into your reception to allow time to capture your entrance, first dance, cake cutting and toasts with enough time to capture that glow-y sparkler exit for the newlyweds.

Who will photograph our wedding?

For Signature Collections, Caroline will personally photograph your wedding. For Studio Collections, your wedding will be photographed by a trusted member of the Caroline Maxcy Photography team.

Are the photos edited the same way?

Yes. Every image is edited by Caroline in her signature style to ensure a consistent and timeless final gallery.

Will we know who our photographer is?

Absolutely. You'll be introduced to your Studio Photographer well before your wedding day and will have the opportunity to connect before your celebration.

Why choose a Studio Collection?

Studio Collections are perfect for couples who love our aesthetic, experience, and approach but are looking for a different investment level.

Caroline Maxcy Photography is based out of the truly breathtaking Central Florida area but there are little things I find more creatively rejuvenating and inspiring than traveling and exploring new places, sights and tastes (I love some good ole' local eats!). Pair that with one of my other loves, capturing your sweet love story, and I'm in heaven. I'd be delighted to work up a customized travel quote for you and your love.

DESTINATION TRAVEL FEE

Complimentary travel for within 2 hours drive of Sebring, FL
$600 | Travel Fee for FL (outside of Central Florida)
$800 | Travel Fee for for Eastern US
$1600 | Travel Fee for all other Continental US destinations
$2500 | Travel fee for outside of Continental US

All fees include ONE photographer for your event coverage to add on an additional photographer it will be an additional $100-1000 depending on the location and estimated travel expenses at the time.
