Wedding Checklist:

We work to capture each and every glorious detail and breathtaking moment on your wedding day in a relaxed, authentic, "in the moment" kind of way. We know that you have gathered all of your favorite folks (looking their absolute best) to be there for the celebration and am sure that you would like to capture the moment with each and every one of them. To help in the ease and the flow of this formal wedding photography part of your big day we ask that you take just a few moments to fill out the below form. Then sit back, take a deep breath and plan to take it all it (and maybe say an "I Do" and smile a bit here and there too.)

Please take not that from my experience each formal photo requested takes on average 2-3 minutes to capture when considering everyone has to gathered, positioned and at ease (not too rushed) to capture the best kind of smiles. Try to keep this list under 15-20 photos for post ceremony formal photo time. You may also do any larger, less formal groupings at your reception on the dance floor or in a designated space at a certain time announced by your DJ or band. This helps the family formal time to be a bit more relaxed and flow smoothly and gets you to your newlywed portraits and party sooner.
