As a wedding day film maker I consider myself ultimately a storyteller.
Your wedding day tells your unique love story of how your individual journeys have merged into one, your paths converged and you stepped forward and faith together. And on your wedding day I work to capture the details and the most profound moments from cover to cover no matter how large or small. It is my joy to be a part of capturing that story, your story, and instilling those moments in your memories forever through videography while providing a cherished gift for generations to come.
Here you will find my standard package offerings. Knowing that each bride and groom are unique I of course would love to meet with you and work to customize something specific to your individual needs, hopes, dreams and desires for your big day.
The Classic Film Package - $1600
Includes:
- 4 hours of coverage, 2 videographers
(coverage typically includes one hour before ceremony, ceremony, post formals and beginning of reception) - 2 High Definition Cameras
- 3-5 Minute Cinematic Highlight Film

THE Complete Film PACKAGE - $2200
Includes:
- 6 hours of coverage, 2 videographers
(coverage typically includes a little more details and getting ready before ceremony, ceremony, post formals and beginning of reception) - 2 High Definition Cameras
- 5-7 Minute Cinematic Highlight Film
- Web Sharing & Download
THE Ultimate Film PACKAGE - $2800
Includes:
- 8 hours of coverage, 2 videographers
(coverage typically includes 2-3 hours of details and getting ready, ceremony, bride and groom formals and majority of the reception) - 2 High Definition Cameras
- 7-10 Minute Cinematic Highlight Film
- Web Sharing & Download
A-LA-CARTE
$300 | per additional hour of coverage
$100 | Customized DVD or USB
$400 | Editing of additional 3-5 minute feature film (which could be of dances, speeches, etc.)
$800 | Full Ceremony edited film

Caroline Maxcy Photography and Films is based out of the truly breathtaking Central Florida area but there are little things I find more creatively rejuvenating and inspiring than traveling and exploring new places, sights and tastes (I love some good ole' local eats!). Pair that with one of my other loves, capturing your sweet love story, and I'm in heaven. I'd be delighted to work up a customized travel quote for you and your love.
Also if you happen to live in the Central Florida, Miami or Tampa area you're in luck. There are no travel fees to any of these locations.
