I've know Seth since he was "yea high" as our pastor's son. We've been on missions trips to Mexico together and he always provided fun-loving entertainment in the youth group that my husband lead. Then Hannah I've known since way back when she was one of my girls I lead in that same youth group, then my high school photography intern, then a GCBI student and then GCBI RA. To say these two are near and dear to my heart is an understatement. To say watching their relationship grow has been a true blessing wouldn't quite cover it either. Their first official date was over 5 years ago in Seoul Korea on the last day of a missions trip and they've been inseparable ever since. In the words of Seth's Grandma she's "never seen a more compatible pair". When I look back on these photos from their wedding day I get goose bumps all over again. It was breathtaking, emotional, oh-so-anticipated, Christ centered and truly perfect through and through. You guys are lovely and I love you dearly! Thank you for having me capture this perfect day!

Oh April. In a time when life springs forward fresh and new again April holds some of the most difficult memories for me. Seven years ago we unexpectedly on a sunny spring time day lost my rock of a father. And each year as April rolls around the memories of his sweetness, the aching to feel his hug again and the hole that is left behind in my life and heart looms large. But every year the sweet Lord gives me so many glimpses of his goodness during this time. Like the beaming, crinkled nose smile of my baby girl who a part of him lives on in and the invitation to be a part of the loveliest of springtime wedding days with the sweetest of pairs.
